Someone Like You on Guitar

Enjoy the guitar song!

Thanks for listening, and let me know if you like it 😉

Inspired by someone

“Someone like You” is a song by British singer Adele. It was written by Adele and Dan Wilson, who plays it on piano. The song is arranged for Guitar by Sungha Jung. I find the song and arrangement very expressive. It was inspired by a broken relationship which reminds me of someone for whom I would say the lyrics.
“I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited
But I couldn’t stay away, I couldn’t fight it.
I’d hoped you’d see my face and that you’d be reminded
That for me it isn’t over.

Never mind, I’ll find someone like you
I wish nothing but the best for you two
Don’t forget me, I beg, I remember you said Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead, yeah

Nothing compares
No worries or cares
Regrets and mistakes
They are memories made.
Who would have known how bittersweet this would taste?”

Thanks for your feedback on my guitar videos!

Your feedback on previous videos was very useful. This song is recorded on guitar using a sophisticated home studio setup. I also do my best to have an accurate rhythm, controlled attack on the instrument and let the music speaks…
